Diwali Dessert: Gulam Jamun Pie straight from Radisson Blu Agra’s kitchen

Come, indulge yourself in this hot new favourite dessert recipe from Radisson Blue Agra. I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed! Here it goes:

Gulab Jamun pie

Eggless sweet paste-120gm

BUTTER – 110 GRM
ICING SUGAR – 85 GRM
REFINED FLOUR – 120 GRM
MILK – 20 ML
Batter
RABADI -150 GRM
MILK -100 GRM
REFIND FLOUR -70 GRM
BUTTER – 50 GRM
ICING SUGAR – 50 GRM
GULAB JAMUN -06 NO
ALMOND SLICE – 20 GRM
TUTTI FRUIT -20 GRM
PISTA – 10 GRM

Method

1.Combine flour, butter and sugar in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add milk and chilled water.

2.Turn pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until just smooth. Shape into a disc.

3.Place pan on a baking pie mold.

4.Make a smooth batter with Rabdi and milk

5.Add almond slice & Pistachio in batter

6.Make a crumb with Refined flour ,butter, & icing sugar

7.Mix in the whole batter & pore in the pie molds.

8.Bake 180C for 30 mints.

Serve hot or cold with vanilla ice cream.
